Serving suggestions

To serve add one teaspoon to a cup of your favourite milk in a saucepan, stir to mix through and heat.

Strain if you don’t like tasty rustic chunks of organic ginger and vanilla seeds. Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy.

Caution: Very, very yellow.


Add a teaspoon to any fresh juice or smoothie as a healthy shot

Add a teaspoon to a long black for a ‘bullet proof’ coffee

Golden Smoothie. Blend together the following ingredients -

2 frozen cavendish bananas
1 cup coconut water or unsweetened nut milk
2 medjool dates (no seed)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste
1 teaspoon of Lucy Locket’s golden milk


Add to a stir-fry at the end of the cooking through.

Stir through some steamed rice with a dash of coconut cream.

Stir through some tahini or yoghurt for a dressing.

Add to yoghurt and marinade chicken thighs in it before roasting in the oven.
